How To Clear Acne And Black Spots With African Black Soap

African black soap for acne treatment

African black soap is an all-natural soap made with the ashes of plantain skin, cocoa pod leaves, palm leaves, palm kernel oil, palm oil, shea butter or cocoa butter and/or honey.
Black soap effectively cleanses the skin without stripping it of its natural oils.

The power of African black soap -

The plantain leaves contain such vitamins and minerals as iron and vitamin A and E; which are extremely important for healthy skin.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant also known as "skin protector" and vitamin A boosts the production of collagen.
The plantain leaves also contain allantoin - an ingredient that reduces blemishes and scarring, while renewing and regenerating the skin cells.

The cocoa pod leaves are rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which helps to fight premature ageing and clears eczema, acne and other skin conditions.

The palm oil and palm kernel oil contains a high quantity of lauric acid which is a highly concentrated antibacterial agent. It also contains two forms of vitamin E, which protects the skin from free radicals and UV rays.
It also has anti-inflammatory agents that are effective in treating eczema, psoriasis and acne.

The shea butter is highly enriched with vitamins A, E, K plus essential fatty acids.
This is very effective in moisturising the skin, fading acne scars, dark spots and also in healing burns, spots and damaged skin.
It is also used in reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

African black soap thoroughly cleanses the skin by deeply washing away dirt and grime, dead cells, germs and excess sebum.
It does not strip your skin completely of its natural oils. Therefore, in addition to cleansing the skin, it keeps it moisturised and smooth.

If you have sensitive skin that is prone to skin infections, African black soap is the soap to use! If your skin easily reacts to things, black soap is for you! It's an all-natural soap that contains no hidden chemicals.
The natural exfoliating and cleansing nature of black soap removes excess oil from deep within the pores of your skin and as well as the surface of your skin. It helps to lighten and fade dark spots and marks from your skin.

The ingredients found in African black soap are powerful antioxidants which protect against free radicals that can reduce oxygen from the skin's cells and lead to a dull and lifeless-looking skin.
If you have blocked pores, black soap gives you a deep cleanse and purifies your skin from the inside, without stripping it of its natural oils.

You can also use black soap as shaving foam when shaving your legs, underarms, etc to prevent razor bumps.

How to use African black soap:

You can use it to wash only your face if you're just using it to treat acne.
Wash your face with it morning and night. But if you have dry skin, it's recommended that you use it only once a day. It's better to use it at night so that it will properly wash away makeup and all the dirt your face picked up throughout the day.

You can also use it as your all-over body soap, to treat eczema, body acne, bed bug bites and other skin infections. It will keep your skin looking fresh and clean.

You can use the black soap bar like that or you can dissolve it with water, pour into a bottle and use as a body wash.
Make sure to follow up with a moisturiser immediately after using black soap; whether on your face or on your body, to avoid drying out your skin.
